Made from Trebbiano and Malvasia, #21 is our interpretation of traditional skin-contact white wine.

Fermented with native yeasts, the wine remains on its skins for five months in terracotta amphora, followed by seven months in acacia barrels. Time and minimal intervention create a wine of remarkable texture, depth and complexity.

Expect aromas of dried flowers, citrus peel, herbs and tea, with a long savoury finish.

A distinctive wine for adventurous wine lovers and perfect with mature cheeses, mushrooms and flavourful cuisine.
