Crafted from Ciliegiolo and Sangiovese, our Rosato captures the freshness of an early harvest and the elegance of native Tuscan grapes.

The grapes are gently pressed before fermenting at low temperature in concrete tanks with selected yeasts to preserve delicate aromas and lively acidity.

Bright and refreshing, it offers aromas of wild strawberries, raspberry, citrus and white flowers with a crisp, dry finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood, salads, pizza and Mediterranean dishes.
