Il Bianco
Fresh, elegant and unmistakably Tuscan.
Crafted from 80% Trebbiano and 20% Malvasia, Il Bianco expresses the freshness and authenticity of Tuscany. The grapes are hand harvested and gently macerated on their skins at low temperature before fermentation in concrete tanks with selected yeasts to preserve their delicate aromas.
The result is a vibrant white wine with notes of white flowers, citrus and ripe orchard fruits, supported by refreshing acidity and a clean mineral finish.
Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood, fresh cheeses and Mediterranean cuisine.
